Job Description
We are seeking a Flash programmer to outsource occasional work. The first project would require designing a simple but elegant Flash banner ad.

1.Ad dimensions are 120x190.
2.I would like the ad to be very elegant and trendy with a feel like the following website: http://www.beau-coup.com/.
3.I like the wide Arial font displayed on the words "wedding", "baby", and "party", or something readable and elegant.
4.Have the images fade from one to the next rather than just going from image to image. There will be about four images with four different titles that will fade from one to another.
