Flash not showing up in IE

There is a slideshow on the homepage of my Website that I created in Adobe Flash. It works in all browsers except IE. IE shows a blank spot. How do I get this video to show in all browsers. If I can't get the video to work in IE, is there an alternative to fill the blank spot for those visitors?

Any ideas appreciated. Thanks!
