Downloaded The New Flash Player 9.0 What's wrong?

I'm running vista premium, and I was able to see flash content until I ran a disk cleanup and now i'm unable to. Every time I download flash from Web Design Company But I still unable to see flash content on sites! Please help, I'm a big fan of bidz.com and I am unable to see the live bidding! It’s not even in my add remove programs to uninstall and then reinstall.
