Templates have their place... the worst thing is even if you use a template there is a real good chance that your competition might turn up with the same site.... They can save time if you just need something quick but in my opinion anything durable should be constructed with original design for you. It is a reflection of who you are as a web presence...

If you need a good template - www.templatesweb.com seems to e a great choice - they even have an OK referral program where you can earn like 20% of the sites you sell...

I'm no advocate for templates - but if you need one real bad - they have a good selection and prices range between $20 and $70 per site.
