not enough memory

Hi,
I get the error: "can't create flash movie, not enough memory available".
I've seen in many forums that this problem occurs and no one knows the answer. maybe someone can help here..
This problem is very sticky and can happen regardless to any action, nothing specific.

Any ideas?
