Just as much as any other virus can do. A multipartite virus is just a virus that works on multiple different platforms (Windows, Linux etc.).Probably the worst would be to publish all your personal information on the Internet, overwrite it several times on your local hard disk, empty your printers cartridge and flash your BIOS with garbage. Usually viruses are a lot less intrusive however.
