1. Extensive keyword research:- Keyword research is the very first step of SEO. 2. Original and optimized content:- SEO content writing is one of the important factors of SEO. For a SEO optimized content there must be proper use of keywords. But the content should not be stuffed with keywords. A right balance of keywords is required for smart and optimized content.

3. Web page optimization:- Only the HTML part of the webpage is read by the search engine crawler. So it must be optimized properly. The crawlers should be guided to the proper place. Keywords must be used in titles and description. Search engine cannot understand images. Hence Alt tags must be used in the images.

Very good information. I did not know about Google Insights. That will be helpful.

I do have a question. On 5. Social Bookmarking you say you submit all of your articles. My question is this what is you make 4 or 5 post a day like I do would that be a little over submitting?
