Help on this topic.I am creating a HTML web page for the image, its easy to create an image, so I use it PaintBrush. And within a couple of different color text rectangular image consiste. But the problem is that while the image on the web shows, the text is distorted, and it looks really bad, and the poor and non - readable view.

For that you have to required the knowledge of the Photoshoph so that you can create any outstanding image. Also there are so many nice option and tools which can make you more interactive to work with your image file.

You can accomplish this using Movie Maker or Word. In Movie Maker you have to select the overlap option. This will give you many options to where and how you want your text to appear. With Microsoft Word if you paste a picture or insert a picture you can insert a text box and then click on the text box properties and choose bring to front.
