Smile HTML as a Beginner

nava,

I suggest that beginner use Dreamweaver as a tool for designing web pages and web sites, because it’s modular. At the bottom of Dreamweaver there is tag Results and in it is Reference again in it is O’Reilly html reference and each html tag has description, example etc.

The easiest way is to use a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) Web page creation program, which operates much like a word processing package and (with a bit of your help) not only writes your HTML for you, but also helps you put together your page from start to finish. These programs are especially useful for those who don't have the time or the inclination to learn all the nuts and bolts of HTML, but you should at least have a cursory knowledge of HTML before using them.

Once people start working in HTML on a production level, they often use HTML editors, which have special features (such as automatically inserting closing tags; see below) that make HTML work fast and easy for people who know what they're doing.

HTML files are basically simple plain ASCII text files that can be created with any text editor such as BBEdit for Macintosh, or Notepad if you are using Windows. If you don't want to invest in either of these programs, you can use your word processor program of choice; just make sure that when you save your document, you save it as "text only with line breaks," and make sure the filename ends in ".htm" or ".html".

HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language.HTML is a markup language that web browsers in dynamic web pages. Originally developed the Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), followed by a series of marking conventions used in the publishing industry. HTML is not a programming language, but rather a description of the language.

As an online entrepreneur I own multi-websites of which I am a hands-on website designer who cheats with free templates (incredibly created by very talented people) that allow me to change and redesign the templates that I use. I was only months into making money online with my websites when I realized that without some basic HTML code knowledge, I would be unable to grow my businesses the way I wanted too, so to make website changes I had to teach myself HTML codes. The internet is rich with information about HTML and bookstores are filled with books for beginners to advanced code writers, but what is best for those of us that make a beginner look like a genius and just where do we start? I want to share some basic knowledge of the parts to a website that website owners and bloggers should know and understand.
