| | Color is a very important property for logo design, besides good shape and good concept; you need to spend time thinking and researching about the color.
An experienced graphic designer will look to your business and your desired messages in coming up with a color. In the logos shown above you will see a common color - yellow. Yellow is sunshine, happy, and cheerful. It can evoke a family image. Yellow works best with other primary colors, red & blue. |

| | To create logo designs we must first understand what a logo design is. A logo design in technical terms is referred to as a logotype which is ‘the graphic element of a trademark or brand, which is set in a special typeface/font, or arranged in a particular, but legible, way. The shape, color, typeface, etc. should be distinctly different from others in a similar market.’ This is the definition as taken from Wikipedia
[en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logo_design]
Create Logo as per Company Mission
When we set out to create logo designs we must ensure that we know the mission of the company whose logo we are designing. This understanding of the mission will help us to determine what the company is looking for in their logo design.
On a ideal level the logo enhances the first impression of clients have and then builds loyalty, customers, and then a brand identity.
Graphic Designers to Create Logo
Once the mission is understood the designing becomes easy. For business owners who are graphic designers themselves they should have no problem when they create logo designs for they would already have an understanding of the colors required, font needed and emblem/image to choose.
These graphic designers should simply set to create logo designs that are professional and as per the requirement. For entertainment companies that would mean logo designs that are snazzy, bright and use colors and fonts in a modern and eye-catching manner.
Business Owners pay to Create Logo Designs
While some lucky business owners will have graphic background most of us are not that lucky. We need to have someone create logo designs for us and hope that what is created matches what we require. For such a scenario we choose the best logo design company. |

| | I will be using Adobe Photoshop CS2 to design this logo. Many swear by illustrator, but I believe for the purposes of making a tutorial, it'd be best to use photoshop as it will cater to a wider audience. More people have used photoshop than Illustrator. Besides, I've created 95% of all my logos in Photoshop, so take what you will. |

| | hi,
you have given nice tips for logo design.
here i m giving rules and principles of effective logo design.
1. A logo must be simple
A simple logo design allows for easy recognition and allows the logo to be versatile & memorable. Good logos feature something unexpected or unique without being overdrawn.
2. A logo must be memorable
Following closely behind the principle of simplicity, is that of memorability. An effective logo design should be memorable and this is achieved by having a simple, yet, appropriate logo.
3. A logo must be timeless
An effective logo should be timeless – that is, it will stand the test of time. Will the logo still be effective in 10, 20, 50 years?
4. A logo must be versatile
An effective logo should be able to work across a variety of mediums and applications. For this reason a logo should be designed in vector format, to ensure that it can be scaled to any size. The logo must work in just one colour too.
5. A logo must be appropriate
How you position the logo should be appropriate for its intended purpose. For example, if you are designing a a logo for children’s toys store, it would be appropriate to use a childish font & color scheme. This would not be so appropriate for a law firm. | Sponsored Ads | | Member | | Join Date: LongTime Posts: 1100 | | New Sponsored Ads This message will go away once you are registered.
