I believe you should extend the parent class like this...

PHP Code:
class parentClass {
   function
parentClass() {

// Code to run

}
}

class
childClass extends parentClass {
   function
childClass() {

parent::parentClass();

// Code to run

}

It involves issues such as fiduciary relationships, closely held corporations, shares and stockholders, directors and officers, dissolution and receivership, franchise relationships, management duties and liabilities, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and antitrust.

I could be a little insane regarding this thing, but just wanted to ask that the parent class which has been listed, where is the constructor defined in it ? And if it is like a default constructor, how can it be used in the child class without having any parameters in it ?
