Honestly the site looks amateur. The design elements you're using are not up to par with a "modern" website. The structure of the homepage also doesn't work. In IE7 there doesn't appear to be any type of grid layout. Looks as though content boxes are overlapping or each is sized/positioned differently You should work on your grid for the site to help it flow a little better or if you like to spend some bucks to get te necessary makeover then consult a web design company for related improvements. Still personally I think you need to have a really sweet homepage to ignite the viewers interest in clicking through.
