Now I found a tool that can easily make flash websites. You just need to edit html coding, **** tag, text, title of the page etc. for more info. Go here A4 Desk Pro Flash Website Builder

| | You could use pre-made templates. I thoroughly advise against it but, nonetheless, it is an option.
A better option would be to define what it is that you're always "reworking" or redoing. Then, create a pseudo-framework using dynamic and modular action scripting so that you can simply plug-and-play. |

| | Any Quick way to build static flash websites? Enigmatic flash web design is what every website wants to have. Flash has actually made it possible to add virtual life and versatility to the website. Flash website Design is absolutely user friendly with an extensive array of effect templates ready for use and most importantly, you don't require any flash/ HTML or programming expertise to use it.
Well I think there is no any short cut for the same or yet not developed. For that you may check Regular Google updates. |

| | Have you tried using templates? There normally reasonably fast to set up and you can edit them in software packages such as Dreamweaver. |
