 WM Tools Links
Reports of the links in Webmaster Tools has been a bit strange to me.
In "links to your site" is not information links to the home page at all, and the number of domains is shown as the link has crashed about 30% of the total previously reported. It also appears that the new internal links (from improved internal architecture) are counted as external (though I checked and verified that they are all configured correctly).
In "Internal links" is not new report from the home page and the number of pages is the reporting has been reduced by 50% (although the section of the site continues the report of the whole site is properly indexed).
These changes in information have lasted five days. I realize you can not do anything to change what Google chooses to display, but as always in these situations it would be nice to know if anyone else has noticed something similar in WMTS. |
