Urgent Requirement for Flash Developer - NY

Title: Flash Designer
Loc: Flatiron, NY
Type: Contract to Hire (3 Months)


Our client is looking for experienced Flash/AS3 interactive developers for a variety of projects ranging from ambitious banner campaigns to high-level application development. The work frequently involves video, 2D/3D animation and heavy user interactivity. Attention to detail and expert knowledge of Action script 3/OOP are critical attributes for successful candidates.


Required skills:

• 4-5 Years of Actionscript/Flash Experience.
• Expert knowledge of Actionscript 3 and OOP.
• Strong knowledge of FlexBuilder/FlashBuilder IDE.
• Experience with Papervision and/or Away3D.
• Experience with SWFAddress.
• AS3 Facebook Connect API.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams consisting of designers, creative directors, and other developers, with whom you would be interacting with frequently during projects

Preferred skills:

• PHP
• Javascript/CSS/HTML
• Air, Flex (MXML)
• iPhone SDK
• Box 2D Physics
